Guarantee

Refunds

If you are not satisfied with the edited document and can cite reasonable justifications, feel free to reach out to us and share your concerns.  Email us at support@kayedit.com

We will review your work by having it thoroughly checked by a second proofreader to assess whether we have met our minimum service requirements.

Afterwards, we will assess your request and will, at our sole discretion, i) offer a re-edit to correct the work or ii) provide a partial refund.

Please note that certain non-refundable expenses, such as payment processor fees, taxes, bank charges, and other related costs, will still apply.
